I am a 26 year old entrepreneur living “idyll” on the coast of Maine. I make a living as a vegetable and herb farmer, and as the co-owner of Atlantic Seaweed Farm in Rye, NH. Having built a yurt with my partner and my father has allowed me to delve into my passion for ceramics. Outside of ceramics, I am an active preserver, climber and insatiable traveler.
I am quite inspired by the dark wrinkles and calluses of New England. Among my traditional work you will often find motifs of whales, ferns, insects, the human form and wayside plants. Alternatively, cyclop planters, talking vegetables and gluttonous mermaids somehow conjure my studio space.
